شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های استراتژیک جهت دست‌یابی به اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت سازمان.
• تحلیل و ارزیابی فرآیندها و ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف جهت هماهنگی و یکپارچگی استراتژی‌ها.
• مدیریت بودجه‌های سالانه و تحلیل هزینه‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های متنی و تصویری برای ارائه به مدیران اجرایی.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در سطوح بالای مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری با داده‌های محدود.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی کار در محیط‌های پرتنش.

Isfahan Sadr Ahnin Company is looking for a senior manager for planning management in Tehran. This person with expertise in strategic management and management consulting works in order to optimize processes and increase the efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve short-term goals and Long-term organization
- Analyzing and evaluating processes and providing improvement suggestions
- Working with different teams to coordinate and integrate strategies
- Creating and managing annual budgets and cost analysis
- Preparing reports Text and image to present to managers Executive

Qualifications:
- Has a degree in economics
- Work experience at high levels of planning management
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions with limited data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in stressful environments
