• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی تولید و کنترل تولید.
• مسلط به اکسل.
• آشنایی با کنترل پروژه PMBOK.
• مسلط به مدل‌های زمانی سنجی و ارزیابی کار و زمان.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط با سایر مدیران برای تدوین اهداف و درک نیازها.
• مهارت در مدیریت نیروهای انسانی.
• پویا، خلاق و متعهد.
• توان مدیریت و حل بحران.
• توانایی برقراری رابطه کاری قوی و حس اعتماد در بین هم تیمی‌ها.
• توانایی نظارت بر تولید جهت حل مشکلات.
• منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توانایی گزارش‌دهی به مدیران بالادستی.
• توانایی ایجاد اطمینان از امنیت وسایل و مواد اولیه کارخانه در بخش تولید.
• آشنایی کامل با خط تولید و مدیریت تولید.

work experience: at least 3 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or industrial management
Ability to plan production
