• مدیریت و بهبود فرآیندهای لجستیکی و حمل‌ونقل.
• نظارت بر کارکرد تیم‌ها و اطمینان از دستیابی به اهداف.
• تعیین راهبردهای بهینه‌سازی عملیات و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در حمل‌ونقل و لجستیک.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای آفیس، OTMS و CRM.
• مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله و مدیریت زمان.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر به صورت نوشتاری و گفتاری.

The operations manager at Irsa Darya Logistics Shipping Company is responsible for guiding and improving the logistics processes of the company in Tehran. This role requires the ability to plan, monitor and coordinate daily operational activities.
