وظایف کلیدی شغل:
شاغل این شغل وظیفه نظارت بر فعالیت‌های تعمیر و نگهداری شبکه VAS شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران د رحوزه خرابیهای سطح بالای ارجاع شده از اداره خط اول و اداره مدیریت تغییرات و CRM و همچنین نظارت بر عملیات پیاده‌سازی تست و تحویل اولیه فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید را برعهده دارد. هدف غایی این شغل انطباق عملیات خط دوم نگهداری شبکه سوییچ با الزامات کسب‌وکار و استانداردهای فنی شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران است.
شرح شغل:
- پایش فعالیت‌های رفع خرابیهای سطح بالای ارجاعی به اداره خط دوم به منظور انطباق فعالیت‌های پشتیبانی فنی شبکه VAS با استاندارهای فنی شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران (همکاری با اداره خط اول و CRM ادارات دیگر در جهت برطرف شدن هر چه سریعتر خرابی‌ها و پیگیری و حل مشکلات حاصل از خرابی بر اساس SLA نهایی شده توسط مدیریت).
- اجرای عملیات پیکربندی شبکه VAS طبق طرح و مطابق با برنامه‌ریزی زمانبندی اعلام شده به منظور اصلاح و بهبود پارامترهای این شبکه.
- تهیه نسخه‌های پشتیبان از وضعیت پایدار شبکه VAS به منظور دسترس‌پذیری سوابق تغییرات پیکربندی‌های این شبکه.
- برنامه‌ریزی انجام هرگونه تغییرات در شبکه VAS به منظور به‌روزرسانی سیستم مدیریت اجزای شبکه در خصوص آخرین وضعیت آلارم‌های شبکه، پیکربندی وآخرین تغییرات انجام شده .
- نظارت بر عملکرد پیمانکاران قراردادهای پشتیبانی فنی به منظور اطمینان از پشتیبانی تجهیزات VAS بر اساس موافقت‌نامه سطح عملیات.
- تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده مربوط به رخدادهای شبکه VAS به منظور شناسایی علل بروز خرابی‌ها در شبکه.
- برنامه‌ریزی امور تعمیرات پیشگیرانه در شبکه VAS به منظور کاهش خرابیهای شبکه، جلوگیری از تکرار خرابی‌ها و اطمینان از عملکرد استاندارد یونیت‌های Standby.
- برنامه‌ریزی امور ارتقاهای نرم‌افزار و سخت‌افزار شبکه VAS به منظور به‌روزرسانی نودها، رفع باگ‌های نرم‌افزاری و افزودن فیچرهای جدید این شبکه.
- اعمال کردن مجوز(License) به منظور ایجاد ظرفیت‌های جدید در شبکه VAS.
- پیش‌بینی یونیت‌های یدکی مورد نیاز شبکه VAS به منظور تامین تجهیزات و خرابیهای این شبکه.
- امکان‌سنجی شبکه و تجهیزات آن به منظور پیاده‌سازی استاندارد فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید.
- پایش فعالیت‌های رفع خرابیهای ناشی از پیاده‌سازی فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید شبکه به منظور شناسایی انحرافات در تست و راه‌اندازی فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید نگهداری شبکه بدون قطعی.
- پشتیبانی پروژه‌های به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های جدید به منظور انجام موفقیت‌آمیز پروژه‌های پیاده سازی فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید شبکه.
- بررسی آخرین وضعیت موجودی شبکه از نظر فیچر و سرویس به منظور بروز حداقل اختلال در عملیات پیاده‌سازی فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید.
- کنترل فرایند تست، پیاده‌سازی و تحویل اولیه فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید شبکه به منظور تطابق این فرایند‌ها با استاندارهای فنی شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران.
- پیاده‌سازی اقدامات بهبود دهنده فیچرهای شبکه به منظور کاهش خرابیهای شبکه و افزایش کارایی این فیچرها.
- تهیه طرح‌ها، تجهیزات و ابزارهای جدید تست راه اندازی فیچرها و سرویس‌های جدید شبکه به منظور تامین نیازمندی‌های انجام عملیات. تست و راه اندازی این فیچرها و سرویس‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- آماده به کار 24 ساعت برای انجام امور پیکربندی شرایط خاص در ساعات غیر اداری و ایام تعطیل.
- تخصص و مهارت در حوزه لینوکس.
- سابقه فعالیت در صنعت تلکام.
- تحصیل در یکی از رشته‌های مهندسی برق یا کامپیوتر.

Key job duties:
The employee of this job is responsible for monitoring the maintenance activities of the VAS network of Iran Mobile Communications Company during the high-level failures referred from the first line department and the change management and CRM department, as well as supervising the test implementation operations and the initial delivery of new features and services. The ultimate goal of this job is to adapt the operation of the second line of switch network maintenance to the business requirements and technical standards of Iran Mobile Communications Company.

Monitoring of high-level troubleshooting activities referred to the second line department in order to adapt the technical support activities of the VAS network to the technical standards of Iran Mobile Communications Company (cooperation with the first line department and CRM of other departments in order to resolve the breakdowns as quickly as possible and follow up and solve the resulting problems from failure based on the SLA finalized by management
Implementation of VAS network configuration operations according to the plan and in accordance with the announced schedule in order to modify and improve the parameters of this network.
Making backup copies of the stable state of the VAS network in order to make the records of changes in the configurations of this network available.
Planning to make any changes in the VAS network in order to update the network component management system regarding the latest status of network alarms, configuration and the latest changes.
Monitor the performance of technical support contract contractors to ensure VAS equipment is supported in accordance with the operation level agreement.
Analysis of collected data and information related to VAS network events in order to identify the causes of failures in the network.
Planning preventive repairs in the VAS network in order to reduce network failures, prevent the repetition of failures and ensure the standard operation of standby units.
Planning VAS network software and hardware upgrades in order to update nodes, fix software bugs and add new features of this network.
Applying license in order to create new capacities in VAS network.
Forecasting the spare units needed by the VAS network in order to supply the equipment and breakdowns of this network.
Feasibility of the network and its equipment in order to implement the standard of new features and services
Monitoring activities to fix failures caused by the implementation of new network features and services in order to identify deviations in testing and launching new features and services to maintain the network without interruption.
Supporting new technology projects in order to successfully implement new network features and services.
Reviewing the latest status of the network in terms of features and services in order to minimize disruption in the implementation of new features and services
Controlling the test process, implementation and initial delivery of new network features and services in order to match these processes with the technical standards of Iran Mobile Communications Company.
Implementing measures to improve network features in order to reduce network failures and increase the efficiency of these features
Preparation of new designs, equipment and tools for testing the launch of new network features and services in order to meet the requirements of testing and launching these features and services.
Ready to work 24 hours a day to perform special configuration tasks during non-office hours and holidays.
