Bachelor's degree in communication, telecommunications, computer, information technology and business
Required knowledge and skills:
Mastery In English (at an average level)
Description of duties:
Responding to customers and making contact with customers in a professional manner
Patiently reviewing suggestions, criticisms and following up on customer complaints
Research about information related to the company using multiple sources
Provide useful information to customers
Completing or preparing call reports
Following up customer calls
Presence in designated points of the country's geography
Transfer documents to the central office
Check registration forms and received documents
Enter subscribers' information into the system
Activate SIM cards of subscribers
Submit the relevant report to the supervisor
Qualification conditions:
Full-time force
Educational qualification: at least high school diploma
Military service: completion of military service/permanent or academic exemption
Having appropriate and constructive communication skills
Ability to control anger and stress
Familiarity with office software (Word and Excel)
Familiarity with quality measurement criteria in call centers
Accuracy in entering correct and accurate information in the system
Preferably having at least two years of experience in the related field
