کارشناس سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها | Systems and Methods Expert

• عارضه‌یابی، بازنگری و مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای کاری به صورت دوره‌ای و مستمر.
• شناسایی سیستم‌ها و روش‌های نوین سازمانی مرتبط با فعالیت‌های شرکت و پیگیری پیاده‌سازی آن‌ها در مجموعه.
• انجام مطالعات مستمر به منظور ایجاد و برقراری و یا اصلاح فرایندها و استفاده از روش‌های مفید.
• انجام امور کارشناسی و اجرایی در ارزیابی عملکرد واحدهای سازمانی موجود به منظور اصلاح سیستم‌ها، روش‌ها و فرآیندهای مورد استفاده آنان در انطباق با اهداف، مأموریت‌ها و وظایف محوله به آن‌ها.
• ارائه خدمات مشورتی به واحدها در حوزه سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها و فرایندهای کاری.
• تنظیم و تدوین پیش‌نویس آیین‌نامه‌ها، بخشنامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مورد نیاز با همکاری سایر حوزه‌های تخصصی شرکت.
• اجرا، نظارت و نگهداری سیستم‌های (ISO).
• پیگیری و هماهنگی امور کارشناسی مربوط به دریافت گواهینامه‌های مدیریت کیفیت (ISO) از مراجع و سازمان‌های مربوطه.
• پیگیری اجرای آموزش‌های مرتبط با سیستم مدیریت کیفیت در سطح مدیران و پرسنل.
• نظارت بر اجرا و رفع تنگناهای سیستم ISO.

پیش‌نیازها:

• حداقل سه تا پنج سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی و مایکروسافت آفیس.
• اشراف کامل به امور سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها و نظام‌های بهبود و افزایش بهره‌وری سازمانی.
• مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی و گزارش‌دهی.
• مسلط به روش‌های مصاحبه با ذی‌نفعان فرایند‌های کسب‌وکار.
• مسلط به مدل‌سازی فرایند.
• مسلط به طراحی فرم، دستورالعمل و سایر نیازمندی‌های فرایند.
• مسلط به اصول و قوانین طراحی ساختار سازمانی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای BPMN2 و ProcessMaker. 
• آشنایی با ISO 9001:2015 و ایزو 14001 و ایزو 45001 و مدل‌های تعالی و استاندارد‌های مطرح در صنعت.
• آشنایی با روش‌های تعیین شاخص‌های کیفیت فرآیندها و اندازه‌گیری اتوماتیک آن‌ها (از طریق ابزارهای مربوطه).

Finding complications, reviewing and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously.
Identifying new organizational systems and methods related to the company's activities and following up their implementation in the group.
Conducting continuous studies in order to create and establishing or modifying processes and using useful methods.
Performing expert and executive tasks in evaluating the performance of existing organizational units in order to modify the systems, methods and processes used by them in accordance with the goals, missions and tasks assigned To them.
Providing consulting services to units in the field of systems, methods and work processes.
Setting up and drafting the required regulations, circulars and instructions in cooperation with other specialized areas of the company.
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of (ISO) systems.
Follow-up and coordination of expert matters related to receiving quality management certificates (ISO) from relevant authorities and organizations.
Follow-up of training related to the management system. Quality at the level of managers and personnel.
Monitoring the implementation and elimination of bottlenecks in the ISO system.

Prior Requirements
At least three to five work experience in the related field.
Familiar with English language and Microsoft Office.
Complete knowledge of systems and methods and systems for improving and increasing organizational productivity.
Writing and reporting skills.
Proficient in interview methods with business process stakeholders.
Proficient in process modeling.
Proficient in designing forms, instructions and other process requirements.
> Familiar with the principles and rules of organizational structure design.
Familiarity with software such as bpmn2 and process makers
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and excellence models and standards in the industry.
Familiarity with the methods of determining process quality indicators and their automatic measurement (through relevant tools).
