در واحد مدیریت محصول همکاران سیستم علاقه‌مند به حضور افرادی مستعد و با انگیزه در نقش کارشناس محصول هستیم. رهبری محصول از استراتژی‌های مهم همکاران سیستم است و کارشناس محصول سهم به سزایی در تحقق آن ایفا می‌کند. کارشناس محصول تیم خرده‌فروشی با تسلط بر کسب‌وکار خرده‌فروشی و آگاهی از فرآیندهای این شرکت‌ها و شرایط بازار و رقبا، اسناد چشم‌انداز و نقشه راه راهکارهای این حوزه را تدوین می‌کند. این فرد مسئولیت مدیریت مجموعه‌ای از راهکارهای نرم‌افزاری عملیات‌های دفتر مرکزی و فروشگاه‌ها، ارتباط با سخت‌افزارها (ترازوهای دیجیتال و PosScaleها، RFID، نمایشگر قیمت)، ارتباط با PSPها و شرکت‌های توسعه‌دهنده کیف پول را خواهد داشت. ارتباط با مشتریان به منظور شناخت دقیق نیازمندی‌ها، ارتباط با واحدهای سازمانی مختلف مانند بازاریابی، فروش و پشتیبانی، تدوین پروپوزال‌های محصولی، تعریف محصول و تهیه مستندات آموزشی و برگزاری دوره‌های مرتبط از عمده فعالیت‌ها و انتظارات این نقش است.
نقش و وظایف شما به عنوان کارشناس محصول:
- همکاری در جمع‌آوری داده و تدوین نقشه راه، پروپوزال و چشم‌انداز محصول.
- همکاری در تهیه و اجرای طرح عرضه محصول به بازار.
- ارتباط مؤثر با مشتریان و شفاف‌سازی داستان کاربری.
- همکاری در مدیریت بک لاگ و نیازمندی‌ها.
- همکاری در برگزاری سرمونی‌های اجایل، از جمله برنامه‌ریزی اسپرینت.
- ارتباط مؤثر با بدنه سازمان و ذینفعان.
- تولید محتوا و دانش‌های محصولی.
- مطالعه رقبا و بازار.
