سرپرست، نظارت و هماهنگی مطالعات و بررسی‌های مربوط به توجیه فنی و اقتصادی طرح‌های جدید و ارائه پیشنهاد در مورد امکان‌پذیری و سودآور بودن طرح‌ها و شرکت در مناقصات داخلی و بین‌المللی بدین منظور. کنترل و نظارت بر تخصیص منابع مالی به طرح‌ها و کنترل پیشرفت آن‌ها مطابق برنامه‌های تدوین‌شده.

شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر مطالعات امکان‌پذیری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌ها و توجیهات فنی و اقتصادی شامل مهندسی مقدماتی و تفصیلی، برنامه اجرایی و تکمیل و راه‌اندازی طرح‌های جدید.
• نظارت بر بررسی‌های و برآورد هزینه‌های بخش‌های مختلف طرح شامل اکتشاف، زمین‌شناسی، حفاری، تکمیل چاه‌ها، مهندسی مخازن، مهندسی فرآورش، تأسیسات مکانیکی، برق و الکترونیک، ابزار دقیق و سیستم‌های کنترل، مخابرات و تجهیزات ارتباطی، سازه‌ها و تأسیسات عمرانی، تأسیسات ذخیره‌سازی و انتقال مواد هیدروکربوری، اسکله‌ها و سکوها و سازه‌های دریایی و غیره.
• نظارت و سرپرستی انجام برآوردها و هزینه‌ها بر اساس فهرست آحاد بهاء و نرخ‌های مصوب بروز شده شامل کالا، مواد، ماشین، تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی، هزینه‌های بالاسری برای طرح‌های جدید و همچنین برای سایر فعالیت‌های جاری در شرکت پرشیا و شرکت‌های تابعه.
• همکاری و هماهنگی با مدیریت امور مالی در نحوه تأمین و زمان موردنیاز منابع مالی و هزینه‌های مرتبط به‌منظور برآورد هزینه‌های هر طرح.
• نظارت بر تهیه و تنظیم گزارشات توجیه‌پذیر بودن و یا توجیه‌پذیر نبودن طرح پیشنهادی که درنتیجه سودآوری طرح‌ها تعیین گردیده و ارائه نتایج به مدیریت ارشد و هیئت‌مدیره برای اتخاذ تصمیم.
• همکاری، هماهنگی و تبادل اطلاعات با هلدینگ تدبیر در مورد طرح‌های جدید و یا در دست اجرا به‌منظور رعایت خط‌مشی‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های موردنظر و ارائه پیشنهاد در مورد چگونگی اجرا و یا تکمیل طرح‌ها.
• نظارت و هماهنگی با شرکت‌های تابعه در مورد برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه‌های در دست اجرا و حصول اطمینان از پیشرفت کار مطابق برنامه‌های تنظیم‌شده و تصمیم‌گیری در مورد چگونگی رفع مشکلات انحراف از برنامه‌ها.
• نظارت بر تنظیم برنامه تخصیص منابع مالی به طرح‌ها و کنترل اجرای تخصیص با توجه به پیشرفت فیزیکی هماهنگ با پیشرفت مالی طرح.
• بررسی پیشنهادات تغییر یا افزایش مالی طرح‌ها که به دلایل تغییر نرخ‌ها، برآوردهای غیرواقعی احتمالی، تغییر در تبدیل نرخ ارز، موارد فرس‌ماژور و دیگر عوامل خارج از کنترل و یا پیش‌بینی‌نشده مطرح می‌گردد. همکاری و هماهنگی با مدیریت امور مالی جهت ارائه توجیهات به مدیریت ارشد و هیئت‌مدیره و اقدام مطابق تصمیمات اتخاذشده.
• همکاری و هماهنگی در تهیه و تنظیم اسناد شرکت در مناقصات داخلی و بین‌المللی بر اساس بررسی‌ها و مطالعات و برآوردهای انجام‌شده.
• بررسی و تصمیم‌گیری جهت استفاده از مهندسین مشاور در انجام مطالعات و بررسی‌های امکان‌پذیری، فنی و اقتصادی طرح‌ها و اقدام جهت تصویب خواهی از مدیریت ارشد و کنترل و نظارت بر مطالعات و پیشنهاد‌ات مهندسین مشاور و تأیید صورت‌وضعیت‌های آن‌ها.
• تهیه و تنظیم مدارک و اسناد جهت شرکت در جلسات حل اختلاف میان مهندسین مشاور و یا پیمانکاران مجری.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی نفت یا مهندسی شیمی.
• ده تا پانزده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• سطح زبان انگلیسی بسیار خوب.
