شرح وظایف شغلی:

• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های بازاریابی متناسب با اهداف سازمان.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازار و رقبا به منظور شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها.
• اجرا و نظارت بر کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی.
• انجام تحقیقات بازار و نظرسنجی‌ها به منظور درک نیازها و خواسته‌های مشتریان.
• رهبری و هدایت تیم مارکتینگ و ارزیابی عملکرد اعضای تیم.
• همکاری با تیم‌های فروش، تولید و خدمات مشتری برای هماهنگی بهتر.
• مدیریت و توسعه استراتژی‌های برندینگ برای افزایش شناخت برند.
• بررسی و تحلیل داده‌های بازاریابی به منظور بهبود عملکرد و تصمیم‌گیری.
• محل کار: خیابان شهید بهشتی، خیابان بخارست (دسترسی نزدیک به مترو و بی‌آرتی).
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر.

Description of job duties:
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies according to the organization's goals
• Reviewing and analyzing the market and competitors in order to identify opportunities and threats. Leading the marketing team and evaluating the performance of team members
• Collaborating with sales, production and customer service teams for better coordination
• Managing and developing branding strategies to increase brand recognition
• Reviewing and analyzing marketing data to The purpose of improving performance and decision-making
• Familiarity with Google Analytics analysis and improving the conversion rate
• Complete knowledge of optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Familiarity with the principles of internal and external SEO
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in related fields

• Mastery of digital marketing tools and related software
