حسابدار ارشد | Senior Accountant

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت بر عملیات روزانه حسابداری شامل ثبت اسناد، پرداخت‌ها، دریافتی‌ها و تهیه صورت‌های مالی.
• کنترل و تطبیق حساب‌های بانکی و دفاتر مالی.
• تهیه صورت‌های مالی مطابق با استانداردهای حسابداری.
• ارائه گزارش‌های مالی و تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد.
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای حسابداری و مالیاتی.
• نظارت بر رعایت قوانین بیمه، مالیات و سایر الزامات قانونی.
• همکاری در تهیه بودجه سالانه شرکت.
• نظارت بر هزینه‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تیم و ارائه بازخورد جهت بهبود.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی.
• تعامل با بانک‌ها، سازمان امور مالیاتی و سایر نهادهای قانونی.

شرایط احراز شغل:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در حسابداری، مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 7 تا 10 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه حسابداری.

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری و مالی.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و قوانین تجاری.
• مهارت در کار با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری.
• دقت بالا، توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Daily Accounting Operations including Documents, Payments, Receipts and Financial Statements
• Control and match Bank accounts and financial offices
• Procurement Financing in accordance with accounting standards
• Provide financial and analytical reports to senior management
• Ensure accounting and tax standards
• Monitoring insurance laws, taxes and other legal requirements
• Cooperation In the annual budget of the company
• Monitoring costs and providing cost optimization strategies
• Team performance evaluation and feedback to improve
• Cooperation with domestic and foreign auditors
• Interaction with banks , Tax Administration and other legal entities

Skills and capabilities Required:
• Mastery of Accounting and Financial Standards
• Introduction to Taxes, Insurance and Business Laws
• Skills in working with financial and accounting software
• High accuracy, ability to analyze data and submit management reports

Job Conditions:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Financial or Related fields
• At least 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of accounting
