طراح UI/UX | UI/UX Designer

شرح وظایف:

• انجام فعالیت مبتنی بر رویه اداری سازمان.
• حضور موثر در جلسات اسکرام و دموی پروژه.
• تحلیل جامع رقبای اصلی بازار و تحلیل نقاط قدرت و ضعف.
• رصد دائمی رقبا در موضوع تغییرات اصلی در اپلیکیشن و سایت.
• تطابق بک‌لاگ و UI به صورت مستمر.
• نظارت بر پیاده‌سازی پروژه منطبق با UI طراحی شده.
• بررسی مستمر UX رقبا.
• بررسی مستمر UX بیت‌بانک.
• طراحی landingهای مورد نیاز پروژه به همراه صفحات داخلی آن.
• طراحی UI اپلیکیشن و صفحات داخلی آن در دو نسخه اپلیکیشن و سایت در دو حالت روشن و تاریک.
• طراحی UI پنل ادمین.
• بهبود مستمر UI.
• طراحی UI کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی به فراخور زمان.

مهارت‌ها و توانایی‌های لازم:

• مسلط به تحلیل رقبا با مدل SWOT.
• مسلط به ساخت و تهیه وایرفریم و پروتوتایپ.
• مسلط به ابزار Figma.
• مسلط به طراحی بصری، روانشناسی رنگ‌ها و تایپوگرافی.
• مسلط به تدوین سیستم طراحی (Design System).
• مسلط به اصول و سیستم‌های طراحی رابط کاربری (مانند Material Design).
• آشنایی با ساخت پرسش نامه، پرسونا و نوشتن User story.
• آشنا به تست‌های مرتبط با محصول مانند A/B تست و (Usability Testing).
• آشنایی با ابزارهای طراحی مانند فوتوشاپ و ایلستریتور.

Necessary skills and abilities:

_mastery of competitor analysis with SWOT model
_mastery of making and preparing wireframes and prototypes
_mastery of Figma tool
_mastery of visual design, psychology of colors and Typography
_Mastery of design system (Design System)
_Mastery of user interface design principles and systems (such as Material Design)
_Familiar with creating questionnaires, personas and writing user stories
_Familiar with testing related to the product such as A/B testing and (Usability Testing)
_ Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator



Description of duties: Administrative procedure of the organization
_Effective presence in Scrum meetings and project demos
_Comprehensive analysis of the main market competitors and analysis of strengths and weaknesses
_Constant monitoring of competitors regarding major changes in the application and site
_Compatibility of backlog and UI On a continuous basis
_Monitoring the implementation of the project in accordance with the designed UI
_Continuous UX review of competitors
_Continuous UX review of Bitbank
_Designing the required landing pages of the project along with its internal pages
_UI design The application and its internal pages in two versions of the application and the site in two light and dark modes
_UI design of the admin panel
_Continuous UI improvement
_UI design of advertising campaigns according to time
