شرکت مهندسی و مشاوره صنایع مبتکران گلدیران، با زمینه فعالیت در زمینه تهویه مطبوع صنعتی، به عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه گروه گلدیران، به دنبال یک رئیس تامین خارجی در محدوده جردن است که مسئولیت موارد زیر را به عهده خواهد داشت:
وظایف اصلی انجام این شغل:
- دریافت گزارش امور جاری تأمین.
- مذاکره با شرکت‌های کشتیرانی جهت دریافت نرخ‌ها و شرایط حمل دریایی.
- استخراج و بازنگری ارزش و تعرفه‌های مربوط به اقلام CKD و ماشین‌آلات جهت ترخیص کالا.
- بررسی PI-Conditionهای تهیه شده توسط کارشناسان تأمین و تصمیم‌گیری در خصوص شرایط حمل، شرایط ارزی، شرایط پرداخت، مقصد تحویل نهایی، نام خریدار و غیره در قالب جلسات مدیریتی با مدیر کل SCM.
- تنظیم برنامه خطوط کشتیرانی بر اساس نیاز شرکت‌های تامین‌کننده و صنایع گلدیران.
- تعیین اولویت بارگیری در تعامل با مدیران محصول (PMها) و واحد عملیات SCM.
- استخراج و ثبت ارزش در سیستم TSC.
- شناسایی و رصد مشکلات درون واحدی، بین بخشی و بیرونی مرتبط با حوزه تأمین CKD، تجزیه‌وتحلیل موارد استئنا، و دسته‌بندی و ریشه‌یابی عوامل بروز آن‌ها.
- تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی از وضعیت بخش تأمین CKD و CBU.
- ارائه راهکارهای خلاقانه جهت ارتقای سطح بلوغ سیستمی حوزه تأمین CKD، تسهیل جریان کاری و بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی فرآیندها.
- نظارت بر وضعیت پیشرفت کار در قالب دریافت گزارشات زمان‌بندی، برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه از کارشناسان تأمین.
- نظارت کلان بر عملکرد کارشناسان تأمین و ایجاد مکانیزم‌های انگیزشی در راستای ارتقای بهره‌وری.
- مذاکرات مدیریتی از شرکت‌های تامین‌کننده خدمات جهت تسریع بخشیدن به فرآیندها.
Familiarity with foreign trade affairs. Familiarity with customs rules and principles. Familiarity with negotiation principles and techniques. Familiarity with English language. The main duties of this job:
Receiving the report of current supply affairs.
Negotiation with shipping companies to get the rates and conditions of sea transportation.
Extracting and revising the value and tariffs related to CKD items and Machines for clearance of goods. Reviewing the PI-Conditions prepared by supply experts and making decisions regarding shipping conditions, currency conditions, payment conditions, final delivery destination, buyer's name, etc. in the form of management meetings with the general manager of SCM. br>Setting the schedule of shipping lines based on the needs of supplier companies and Goldiraan industries.
Determining loading priority in interaction with product managers (PMs) and SCM operation unit.
Extracting and recording value in the TSC system.
Identifying and monitoring intra-unit, inter-departmental and external problems related to the CKD supply area, analyzing and categorizing and rooting the causes of CKD supply. Providing creative solutions to improve the level of systemic maturity in the field of CKD supply, facilitating the work flow and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes. Monitoring the progress of the work in the form of receiving scheduling, planning and project control reports from the supply experts. Focusing on the performance of supply experts and creating motivational mechanisms in order to improve productivity. Management negotiations with service provider companies to speed up processes.
