شرح شغل:

• مدیریت تیم مارکتینگ: هدایت و نظارت بر تیم مارکتینگ برای اجرای مؤثر کمپین‌ها و پروژه‌های بازاریابی.
• همکاری با بخش‌های مختلف: هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی برای هم‌راستایی استراتژی‌های بازاریابی با اهداف سازمانی.
• ارزیابی و گزارش‌دهی: ارزیابی عملکرد کمپین‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیر مسئول.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری: حداقل 5 سال تجربه در حوزه مارکتینگ.
• مهارت‌های رهبری: توانایی هدایت و مدیریت تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای با نتایج اثربخش.
• تفکر استراتژیک: توانایی تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های بازاریابی.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی: توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای مبتنی بر اطلاعات.
