• آشنا با اصول امن‌سازی سرویس‌ها و سیستم‌عامل‌های مایکروسافت.
• آشنا با فایروال‌ها و امنیت شبکه.
• آشنا با سرویس‌های شبکه.
• آشنا با حوزه مجازی‌سازی و ذخیره‌سازی.
• آشنا با حوزه بک‌آپ‌گیری و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• آشنا با لینوکس و سرویس‌های آن در سطح LPIC1.
