مدیر آزمایشگاه | Laboratory Manager

شرح شغل:

• تنظیم برنامه اجرای کار واحد تحت نظارت بر اساس سیاست‌ها و خط مشی‌های تعیین شده.
• تقسیم کار بین افراد تحت مدیریت و نظارت بر نحوه انجام کار آنان.
• نظارت بر کنترل کیفیت و انجام آزمایشات مواد اولیه، محصولات نیمه ساخته و ساخته شده و ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم در حین انجام کار.
• اعمال کنترل‌های لازم به منظور حصول اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای تولیدی تعیین شده در تولید محصولات.
• انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم جهت تامین وسایل و تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی مورد نیاز و نظارت بر بهره‌برداری و نگهداری آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر درخواست و مصرف مواد اولیه آزمایشگاهی در واحد تحت نظارت.
• نظارت و کنترل بر آنالیز کامل آب دیونیزه، شرب و استریل کارخانه بر اساس استانداردهای تعین شده.
• نظارت و کنترل بر کالیبراسیون تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های تعیین شده.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح و کامل دستورالعمل‌ها، ضوابط و مقررات کنترل کیفیت و رعایت استانداردهای تولیدی در قسمت‌های مختلف تولید.
• انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم با قسمت‌های مختلف واحد تولید به منظور توقف عملیات تولید در موارد ضروری.
• بررسی علل اشکالات ایجاد شده و عدم تطابق مشخصات محصولات تولیدی با ضوابط و استانداردهای تولیدی و تعیین شده و ارائه راه‌حل‌ها و پیشنهادات لازم جهت رفع آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر آزمایشات پایداری.
• تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی مورد نیاز در خصوص آزمایشگاه کنترل کیفیت.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی برقراری ارتباط با سلسله مراتب سازمانی (بالادست، زیردست و همکاران همرده) در جهت پیشبرد برنامه‌های اجرایی.
• توانایی هدایت موثر پرسنل تحت امر در جهت برنامه‌های واحد و سازمان.
• مدرک دکتری در رشته داروسازی.    
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول مدیریت.    
• اشنایی کامل با استانداردهای معتبر جهانی و مرتبط با کار.    
• توانایی انجام تحقیقات و کاربردی نمودن نتایج تحقیقات.    
• توانایی تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها، ضوابط و مقررات مرتبط با کار.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.

Monitoring quality control and conducting tests of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and providing necessary guidance during work
Applying the necessary controls in order to ensure compliance with the established production standards in the production of products
Preparation and compilation of physico-chemical, microbiological regulations on by-products, raw materials and products, and issuing approval or non-acceptance of materials in necessary cases.
Making the necessary arrangements to supply the necessary laboratory equipment and supplies
Supervising the proper operation and maintenance of laboratory tools, supplies and equipment
Monitoring the request and consumption of laboratory raw materials in the supervised unit
Monitoring and controlling the complete analysis of deionized, drinking and sterile water of the factory based on the determined standards
Monitoring and controlling the calibration of laboratory equipment based on the established guidelines
Monitoring the correct and complete implementation of quality control guidelines, rules and regulations and compliance with production standards in different parts of production
Making the necessary arrangements with different parts of the production unit in order to stop production operations in necessary cases
Investigating the causes of the problems created and the non-compliance of the specifications of the manufactured products with the established production rules and standards and providing the necessary solutions and suggestions to solve them.
Supervise stability tests
Preparation of required analytical reports regarding the quality control laboratory
The ability to communicate with organizational hierarchy (superiors, subordinates and peers) in order to advance executive plans
The ability to effectively guide the personnel under the command in the direction of the plans of the unit and the organization
