کارشناس تولید | Production Expert

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر زنجیرۀ تأمین.
• نظارت بر برنامه تولید.
• نظارت بر وضعیت RM و PM.
• مستندسازی کلیۀ داده‌های بخش تولید.
• گزارش‌دهی روزانه به مدیر تولید.
• نظارت بر رسیدگی به انحرافات، کنترل تغییرات و مسائل اصلاحی.
• پیگیری وضعیت تولید روزانه.
• نظارت بر تمام مواد مورد نیاز برای جلوگیری از توقف تولید.
• تهیه اسناد تولیدی مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقۀ کاری در شرکت‌های دارویی.
• آشنا با مفاهیم و اصول GMP.
• آشنا با تجهیزات فرآیند فارماکولوژی.
• آشنا با اصول مستندسازی.
• آشنا با اصول تولید
• توانایی انجام کار گروهی.

● Monitor the supply chain.
● Monitor the production schedule.
● Monitor the status of RM and PM.
● Document all the data of the production department.
● Daily report to the production manager. .
● Supervise the handling of deviations, change control and corrective issues.
● Follow up the daily production status.
● Supervise all materials needed to prevent production stoppage.
● Prepare production documents Need.

Prerequisites

● Have at least two years of work experience in pharmaceutical companies.
● Familiar with GMP concepts and principles.
● Familiar with pharmacology process equipment.
