Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute successful, data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic growth.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Review and resolve technical SEO issues that impact site performance, ensuring optimal website health.
- Content Optimization: Help optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for maximum engagement and relevance.
- On-page & Off-page SEO: Execute link-building strategies and ensure content follows SEO best practices for both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics. Use tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, MajesticSEO, and Google Search Console to track performance and implement improvements.
- SEO Leadership: Lead the development of SEO subject matter content and guidelines, keeping the team updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- SEO Reporting & Recommendations: Oversee the production of key SEO reports to understand performance, offer actionable insights, and support strategic recommendations.
- Communication & Documentation: Inspire and communicate findings through visualizations and dashboards, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed. Provide clear documentation and guidelines for ongoing SEO efforts.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs and articles, ensuring all content aligns with the overall SEO strategy.
Requirements
- SEO Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proven experience as an SEO Lead, Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, MajesticSEO, Google Search Console, and familiar with WordPress. Experience with PHP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and website administration is a plus.
- Curiosity is Key: A strong desire to understand the inner workings of SEO, crafting strategies that deliver tangible results.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights to improve performance. Strong understanding of SEO reporting, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- English Content Creation: Excellent English copywriting skills for SEO-optimized blogs and website content, ensuring high-quality, relevant content for various audiences.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders. Comfortable working with international teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
- Education: BSc/BA in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
