مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

• پاسخگوی مدیریت نتایج کلی کارخانه از منظر تولید، در عین رعایت دقیق الزامات ایمنی و کیفیت مواد غذایی و ارائه رضایت مشتری برتر به عنوان تولید کننده با کمترین هزینه.
• اطمینان حاصل شود که کارخانه با استفاده از شیوه های تولید خوب، در محیطی مطابق با استانداردهای بهداشت و ایمنی و منابع انسانی کار می کند.
• پاسخگوی هزینه های تولید، استفاده از نیروی کار، بازده، نتایج ابتکار بهبود هزینه عملیات و مدیریت عملیات روزانه کارخانه.
• از پایبندی به الزامات ایمنی مواد غذایی شرکت، تضمین کیفیت، مشخصات مشتری، ایمنی مواد غذایی، و شیوه های تولید خوب، از جمله اهداف ممیزی به صورت روزانه اطمینان حاصل کنید.
• توسعه و اجرای سیاست ها، رویه ها، فرآیندها، kpis برای بهبود فرآیندهای تولید و کاهش هزینه ها.
• تنظیم و نظارت بر معیارهای تولید و انجام تنظیمات مورد نیاز برای بهبود کارایی و کاهش ضایعات.
• بهبود مستمر کاهش هزینه های عملیاتی.
• حفظ و ایجاد یک محیط مولد و مثبت در روابط کارکنان از طریق اجرای موثر ابتکارات روابط مثبت کارکنان.
• توسعه، توصیه و اجرای بهبود سرمایه برای کارخانه، از جمله تهیه و اجرای یک بودجه کارخانه سرمایه.
• مسئول تهیه و اجرای بودجه سربار کارخانه و اهداف مستقیم هزینه محصول است.
• رسیدن به اهداف سطح خدمات مشتری یا فراتر از آن از طریق همگام سازی فرآیند/فعالیت ها با تمام فرآیندهای حوزه عملکردی، از تقاضا برنامه ریزی تا تحویل به مشتری.
• مدیریت عملکرد تیم ساعتی و حقوق بگیر از طریق اجرای موثر فرآیندها و سیاست های منابع انسانی hq و همه ابتکارات لبه رهبری.
• تنظیم و برآورده کردن تمام اهداف ایمنی و بهداشتی .
• از بازاریابی و توسعه محصول در ابتکارات محصول جدید حمایت کنید.
• همه وظایف را مطابق با مقررات قانونی/قانونی مرتبط، وظایف حرفه‌ای، مسئولیت‌ها و تعهدات هدایت کنید و به عنوان مثال، بهترین شیوه‌های تولید خوب (gmp) را درج کنید. دستورالعمل های عملی، صدور گواهینامه (fssc، haccp، 22000...)
• مدیریت ابزار و ظرفیت تمام ماشین آلات و خطوط تولید.
• نظارت بر تمام جنبه های فرآیند تولید، از جمله برنامه ریزی تولید، برنامه ریزی، و کنترل کیفیت برای اطمینان از اجرای روان، کارآمد و ایمن تولید.
• مدیریت تیمی از کارگران، از جمله استخدام، آموزش، و مدیریت عملکرد در راستای خط‌مشی‌های ساعت شرکت.
• اطمینان حاصل کنید که همه پروتکل‌های ایمنی دنبال می‌شوند و اینکه این کارخانه با تمام مقررات مربوطه مطابقت دارد
• همکاری نزدیک با بخش های دیگر، مانند مهندسی و تدارکات، برای اطمینان از اینکه محصولات با بالاترین استانداردهای کیفیت تولید می شوند
• مدیریت سطح موجودی و اطمینان از اینکه مواد اولیه و تمام شده محصولات به درستی ذخیره و نگهداری می شوند
• همکاری با تیم های فروش، بازاریابی و تحقیق و توسعه برای اطمینان از اینکه تولید مطابق با تقاضای مشتری است

• Accountable for managing the overall results of the factory from a manufacturing perspective, while strictly adhering to food safety and quality requirements and providing superior customer satisfaction as a lowest-cost producer.
• Ensure the factory operates using good manufacturing practices, in an environment that complies with health and safety and human resources standards.
• Accountable for production costs, labor utilization, yield, results of operations cost improvement initiative, and managing daily operations of the factory.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s food safety requirements, quality assurance, customer specifications, food safety, and good manufacturing practices, including audit targets on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, processes, and KPIs to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Set and monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Continuously improve the reduction of operating costs.
• Maintain and build a productive and positive employee relations environment through effective implementation of positive employee relations initiatives.
• Develop, recommend, and implement capital improvement for the factory, including the preparation and execution of a capital factory budget.
• Responsible for preparing and executing the factory overhead budget, and direct product cost targets.
• Meet or exceed customer service level targets through the synchronization of processes/activities with all functional area processes, from demand planning to delivery to the customer.
• Manage the performance of the hourly and salaried team through effective implementation of HQ human resources processes and policies and all Leadership Edge initiatives.
• Set and meet all Health and Safety targets.
• Support Marketing and Product Development on new product initiatives.
• Direct all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations and insert as applicable e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Best Practice Guidelines, certification (FSSC, HACCP, 22000).
• Utility and capacity management of all machinery and production lines.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management in line with the company's HR policies.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Location: Maragheh, East Azerbaijan (Accommodation is included).
