شرکت مهر آیین وندا به دنبال یک مدیر بازرگانی بین‌الملل با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم خود در تهران است. این موقعیت نقش کلیدی در خرید و تدارکات ایفا می‌کند.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- مدیریت فرآیندهای واردات و صادرات کالا و تضمین رعایت کامل قوانین و مقررات بازرگانی.
- تنظیم و عقد قراردادهای خارجی با تامین‌کنندگان با در نظر گرفتن بهترین شرایط تجاری.
- رهبری تیم تجاری و نظارت بر عملکرد پرسنل جهت دستیابی به اهداف استراتژیک.
- شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان جدید و بهینه‌سازی منابع تامین قطعات.
- ارتباط و مذاکره موثر با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی برای بهبود فرآیندهای خرید.
- ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی و برنامه‌ریزی جهت تامین به موقع سفارشات.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با امور ترخیص و استفاده از قوانین منطقه آزاد انزلی.
- دانش جامع در حوزه اینکوترمز بازرگانی و قوانین واردات.
- تجربه قابل توجه در مدیریت و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی.
- مهارت در تنظیم قراردادهای بین‌المللی.
- توانایی مدیریت تیم و ایجاد محیط کار تیمی انگیزشی.
Mehr Ain Wanda Company is looking for an experienced international business manager to join its team in Tehran. This position plays a key role in purchasing and procurement and is responsible for directing foreign trade activities and creating effective contracts with international suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the import and export processes of goods and Ensuring full compliance with commercial laws and regulations
- Arranging and concluding foreign contracts with suppliers considering the best business conditions
- Leading the business team and monitoring personnel performance to achieve strategic goals
- Identifying and evaluating New suppliers and optimization of parts supply sources
- effective communication and negotiation with foreign suppliers to improve purchasing processes
- presentation of analytical reports and planning for timely delivery of orders
- familiarity with clearance and usage matters From the laws of the Anzali Free Zone
Competencies:
- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of commercial Incoterms and import laws
- Considerable experience in managing and negotiating with foreign suppliers
- Skill in drafting contracts International
- The ability to manage a team and create a motivating team work environment
- A degree in one of the fields of management, business or commerce
