مسئولیت ها
طراحی ، اجرای و بهینه سازی کمپین های تبلیغاتی دیجیتال در سکوها مانند تبلیغات گوگل و شبکه های تبلیغاتی ایرانی. آزمایشات برای افزایش اثربخشی کمپین.
ایجاد و مدیریت کمپین های تبلیغاتی رسانه های اجتماعی ، اطمینان از هماهنگی با اهداف کلی بازاریابی. ایجاد و حفظ روابط محکم با شرکا و ذینفعان صنعت از طریق شبکه های مؤثر. تیم هایی برای تراز کردن استراتژی های بازاریابی با اهداف تجاری.
رویداد کاربر و ردیابی وب با Google Tag Manager و طراحی قیف

مهارت ها و صلاحیت های مورد نیاز
تجربه گذشته در بازاریابی دیجیتال ، با تمرکز بر تبلیغات و بازاریابی وابسته. روشهای آزمایش A/B.
آشنایی با تبلیغات رسانه های اجتماعی و استراتژی های محتوا. ما؟

Job Overview:

We are seeking a digital marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an acceptable background in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, and data analysis, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Iranian ad networks.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze user behavior data to extract actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
• Plan, implement, and monitor A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and industry stakeholders through effective networking.
• Generate comprehensive reports using tools like Looker Studio to communicate campaign performance and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to ensure continuous growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• User event and web tracking with Google Tag Manager and funnel design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Iranian ad networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights from user behavior.
• Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and content strategies.
