Responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales Manager include monitoring and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing marketing and sales budgets, and ensuring that marketing practices align with our brand identity. Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervision of sales and advertising
- Planning and guiding people and training new sales representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budget and forecasting and approving expenses
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative criteria
- Handling and solving and handling customer complaints about a product or service
- Participating in determining discount rates and determining price timing
- Advising distributors and vendors on policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Trying to realize the policy and goals set by the management
- Proposing improvement solutions to the management for the effectiveness of the management system
