We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to help us grow our community, increase player acquisition, and drive revenue through social media and performance marketing campaigns.

 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord to build and engage our community.
- Manage and grow communities within Discord, ensuring active participation and communication.
- Design and run data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Telegram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other CPC platforms to acquire new players.
- Collaborate with influencers, and streamers to boost brand awareness.
- Create compelling, high-quality content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to gamers and crypto enthusiasts.
- Analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media analytics to refine strategies and ensure data-backed decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in gaming, blockchain, NFTs, and digital marketing best practices.
- Work closely with the product team to align marketing initiatives with game updates, launches, and community feedback.

Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing 
- Base knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs
- Experience in advertising within platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads
- Base knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, and similar platforms
- Excellent communication, content creation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for gaming and cryptocurrency/blockchain technology

 Preferred
- Previous experience working in a crypto industry, a gaming company, or with Web3 projects
