شرکت نانو الوند، فعال در صنعت داروسازی، به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی برای دفتر تهران خود است. این نقش نیازمند توانایی در مدیریت فرآیندهای بازرگانی مرتبط با محصولات دارویی و ارتباطات بین‌المللی است.

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت فرآیندهای واردات و اطمینان از انطباق با قوانین مربوطه (سفارش کالا و خدمات مورد نیاز از خارج از کشور تا مرحله رسید صحیح کالا در انبار).
• انجام مکاتبات و مذاکرات تجاری به زبان انگلیسی با تامین‌کنندگان کالا در راستای تأمین اقلام مورد نیاز.
• بررسی، تحلیل و صحت‌سنجی استعلام‌های دریافت شده از شرکت‌های عرضه‌کننده کالای مورد نیاز.
• ارزیابی و تحلیل بازارهای خارجی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود.
• برقراری و حفظ روابط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان بین‌المللی.
• تدوین گزارش‌های منظم از عملکرد بازرگانی و ارائه به مدیریت.
• هماهنگی با واحدهای درون سازمانی جهت تکمیل فرآیند خرید سفارشات وارداتی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای اکسل و راهکاران.
• مهارت‌های عالی در زبان انگلیسی.
• تجربه عملی در فرآیندهای بازرگانی خارجی.
• توانایی کار در محیط‌های تیمی و مدیریت چندین پروژه همزمان.

Nano Alvand, an activist in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking to attract a senior foreign business expert for its Tehran office. This role requires the ability to manage commercial processes related to pharmaceutical products and international communications.

Responsibilities:
- Import processes management and assurance of relevant laws (ordering goods and services required from abroad From the country to the correct receipt of the goods in the warehouse)
- Correspondence and business in English with the suppliers of the goods to provide the required items
- Review, Analysis and Restay of Inquiries received from supply companies The required product
- Evaluation and Analysis of Foreign Markets and Suggest Improvement Solutions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with international suppliers
- Develop regular reports of commercial performance and presentation to
management- Coordination with intra-organizational units to complete the process of purchasing imported orders

Competences:
- Degree in Management, Business or Business
- Mastery of Excel Software & Rangers

- Practical Experience in Foreign Business Process
