طراح داخلی | Interior Designer

شرح شغلی:

• طراحی و مدل‌سازی 3D.
• طراحی پروژه‌ها با نرم‌افزار‌های مربوطه.
• استعلام‌گیری و هماهنگی با پیمانکار.
• بازدید از پروژه و کنترل اجرای درست آن.
• رندرگیری مرتبط هر فضا.
• آماده‌سازی نقشه‌های اجرایی.
• شرکت در نمایشگاه‌های مربوطه برای اطلاع از متریال به روز.
• تهیه گزارش کتبی و شفاهی از اقدامات صورت گرفته.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته معماری.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Photoshop ،AutoCAD ،Sketchup ،Rhino ،3D Max ،Maya.
• مسلط به دیتیل‌های اجرایی و فاز 2.
• مسلط به طراحی و مدل‌سازی 3D.
• مسلط به ارائه پورتفولیو.
• آشنایی با مصالح روز و کاربرد آن‌ها.

امتیازات:

• مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی ارشد از دانشگاه‌های معتبر.
• تجربه کار در شرکت‌های معتبر.
• گواهی معتبر دوره‌های تخصصی طراحی داخلی.

Requirements:

Work experience: at least 3 years of related work experience
Educational degree: Bachelor of Architecture
Proficiency in Photoshop, Auto Cad, Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Max, Maya
Proficiency in executive details and phase 2
mastery of 3D design and modeling
portfolio presentation
familiarity with today's materials and their use
