شرح شغل:

• بررسی برنامه‌های زمانبندی کارگاهی و اعلام نظر به کارشناس کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور با همکاری پرسنل دستگاه نظارت.
• بررسی برنامه زمانبندی تفصیلی پروژه در فازهای سیویل و نصب و اعلام نظر به کارشناس کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور با همکاری پرسنل دستگاه نظارت.
• بررسی گزارشات روزانه کارگاهی و اعلام نظر به سرپرست نظارت.
• بررسی گزارشات هفتگی و ماهیانه پیمانکار و جمع‌بندی و تهیه گزارش جهت ارسال به کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور.
• بررسی پیشنهادات W-F بخش سیویل و نصب پیمانکار و اعلام نظر به کارشناس کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور با همکاری پرسنل دستگاه نظارت.
• بررسی پیشنهادات PMS و سیستم اندازه‌گیری پیشرفت، فعالیت‌های پیمانکاران و اعلام نظر به کارشناس کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور با همکاری پرسنل دستگاه نظارت.
• بررسی درصدهای پیشرفت کار در بخش سیویل، نصب تجهیزات در صرت‌وضعیت‌های ارسالی پیمانکاران با همکاری پرسنل دستگاه نظارت.
• شرکت در جلسات کارگاهی به همراه سایر پرسنل دستگاه نظارت و تهیه صورتجلسات مربوطه.
• پیگیری صورتجلسات کارگاهی انجام شده.
• انجام سایر امور محوله از سوی کنترل پروژه دفتر مرکزی مشاور.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• حداقل ده سال تجربه در کنترل پروژه‌های صنعتی ترجیحاً با سابقه در پروژه‌های صنعت فولاد.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول تهیه ساختارشکست فعالیت‌ها، ساختار شکست هزینه و جریان نقدینگی در پروژه‌های صنعتی.
• توانایی تهیه گزارشات پیشرفت دوره‌ای پروژه (روزانه، هفتگی و ماهیانه).
• توانایی تهیه گزارشات مدیریتی، گزارشات داشبورد و آنالیز تاخیرات.
• آشنایی با تهیه PMS و به‌روزآوری آن.
• آشنایی با لوایح تاخیرات، کلیم و رسیدگی به آن.
• آشنایی با رسیدگی به صورت‌وضعیت‌های غیر فهرست بهایی.
• توانایی ارائه گزارشات پیشرفت و مدیریت جلسات کنترل پروژه، تهیه صورتجلسات و پیگیری آن.
• فعال، پیگیر و دارای روابط عمومی خوب در تعامل با تیم پروژه.
• مسلط به P6 ،MSP ،MS Office.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مورد استفاده در سیستم کنترل پروژه.

Industrial engineer
with at least 10 years of experience in controlling industrial projects, preferably with experience in steel industry projects
Complete familiarity with the principles of preparing activity breakdowns, cost breakdown structures and cash flow in industrial projects
Preparation of progress reports Periodic project (daily, weekly and monthly)
Ability and creativity in preparing management reports, dashboard reports and analysis of delays
Familiarity with preparing PMS and updating it.
