سرپرست تولید محتوا | Content Lead

شرح وظایف:

• طراحی و توسعه بخش بصری پروپوزال‌ها برای پروژه‌های مختلف.
• برگزاری جلسات اتاق فکر برای طراحی کانسپت‌ها و ایده‌های خلاقانه برای هر پروژه.
• ایجاد محتوای گرافیکی و دیجیتالی خلاقانه و جذاب متناسب با اهداف پروژه.
• رهبری و هدایت تیم تولید محتوا برای تضمین کیفیت و تحویل به موقع پروژه‌ها.
• بنچ‌مارکینگ و تحلیل عملکرد رقبا برای ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی بخش تولید محتوا.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل است؛ ساعات کاری شناور (1 ساعت و نیم در روز).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• امکانات سازمانی: پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای تدوین، از جمله After Effects ،Premiere Pro ،L4D.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای گرافیکی از جمله Photoshop و Illustrator.
• مهارت داستان‌سرایی برای انتقال پیام‌های سازمانی به شکل خلاقانه و تاثیرگذار.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• توانایی رهبری و هدایت تیم به سمت تحقق اهداف خلاقانه و سازمانی.
• خلاقیت و ایده‌پردازی در طراحی محتوا و ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه.
• توانایی مدیریت هم‌زمان چند پروژه و برنامه‌ریزی مؤثر برای انجام آن‌ها.
• مهارت عالی در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با اعضای تیم و دیگر بخش‌ها.
• توانمندی در پرزنت کردن ایده‌ها و ارائه پروژه‌ها به مدیران و مشتریان.

سابقه کار مورد نیاز:

• حداقل پنج سال تجربه کاری مرتبط.

رشته تحصیلی مورد نیاز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های سینما، کارگردانی، گرافیک یا رشته‌های مرتبط.

Description of tasks: • Designing and developing the visual part of proposals for various projects
• Holding think tank meetings to design concepts and creative ideas for each project
• Creating appropriate creative and attractive graphic and digital content with project goals
• Leading and directing the content production team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects
• Benchmarking and analysis of competitors' performance to improve the quality and efficiency of the content production department
Required specialized skills:< br>• Complete mastery of editing software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, L4D
• Mastery of graphic software, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Skill Storytelling to convey organizational messages in a creative and effective way

Required work experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Required field of study:
• Bachelor's degree in cinema, directing, graphics or related fields
Organizational conditions:
• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
• Wednesdays: 8 to 4 - Thursday and Friday closed
