کارشناس برندینگ | Branding Specialist

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های برندینگ و تبلیغات.
• تحلیل مستمر و بهبود همه‌جانبه تجربه مشتریان و مدیریت ذی‌نفعان.
• ایده‌پردازی، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای کمپین‌های برندینگ و تبلیغاتی.
• طراحی و اجرای رویدادهای درون سازمانی و برون سازمانی.
• گردآوری، بررسی، ارزیابی داده‌ها و تحلیل برند و رقبا.
• تدوین تقویم محتوایی و پیشبرد فعالیت‌های مربوطه.
• تولید محتوای با کیفیت، تهیه پرزنتیشن و ارائه آن در جلسات داخلی و جلسات با میهمانان شرکت.
• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی برنامه‌ها، پایگاه داده، فایل‌ها و گزارشات واحد.
• تولید محتوا، آنالیز و مدیریت شبکه‌های اجتماعی و وب‌سایت‌های شرکت.
• انجام فعالیت‌های اداری از جمله نامه‌نگاری، گزارش‌دهی، بایگانی و سایر فعالیت‌های روزمره.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل رشته مدیریت کسب‌وکار به ویژه استراتژی و بازاریابی.
• تسلط کامل به اصول برندینگ، برندسازی و ارتقای ارزش برند سازمانی.
• سابقه فعالیت در حوزه بازاریابی و برندینگ در صنعت انرژی به ویژه نفت و گاز.
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای انواع رویدادها و کمپین‌ها.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی، روحیه تیمی و مشتاق به یادگیری و تجربه چالش‌های جدید.
• دارای خلاقیت در کار، مشتاق به خلق تجربه جدید و انجام پروژه‌های پویایی سازمانی.
• دارای تفکر سیستمی و تحلیلگر در ترسیم فرآیندها و رفع چالش‌ها.
• توانایی انجام همزمان چند کار و سرعت عمل در حل مسئله.
• منعطف در رویارویی با تغییرات و تحمل ابهام در ایجاد ساختار.
• خلاقیت در ایده‌پردازی جهت توسعه برند و تقویت تجارب کاربری.
• آشنایی با تکنیک‌های کپی‌رایتینگ، تولید محتوا، مقاله‌نویسی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای متداول سازمانی به ویژه PowerPoint ،Word و Excel و آشنا با Illustrator ،Photoshop و غیره.
• مسلط به فضای دیجیتال از جمله پنل‌های طراحی وب‌سایت، شبکه‌های اجتماعی و غیره.

Description of duties and responsibilities: Continuous and all-round improvement of customer experience and stakeholder management

· Ideation, planning and execution of branding and advertising campaigns

· Design and execution of internal and external events

>· Gathering, reviewing, evaluating data and analyzing brand and competitors

· Compiling a content calendar and promoting related activities

· Ability to produce quality content, prepare presentations and present them in meetings Internal and meetings with company guests

· Preparation and updating of programs, database, files and unit reports

· Content production, analysis and management of social networks and company websites< br>
· Performing administrative activities including letter writing, reporting, filing and other daily activities
