Duties: Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance optimization and achieving business goals Optimization of marketing channels and conversion rate optimization (CRO) br>• Analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports of campaign performance and providing suggestions for improving strategies
• Detailed documentation and daily monitoring of campaigns and related activities to ensure proper implementation
• Collaboration with creative and technical teams to improve the performance of campaigns and optimal use of digital tools
Specialist skills required:
• Complete mastery of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize and other tools related to Data analysis and optimization
• Ability to work professionally with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Experience and mastery of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) processes and site and campaign optimization
• Ability to understand and implement Performance Marketing strategies to improve return on investment (ROI) • High responsibility and continuous pursuit to achieve goals
• Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately and provide practical insights to improve the performance of campaigns
• Flexibility and spirit of problem solving in the face of challenges
Required work experience:
• At least 2 years of related work experience in the field of Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Data Analysis
Organizational conditions:
• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
• Wednesdays: 8 to 4 – closed on Thursdays and Fridays
• Flexible working hours (1 and a half hours per day)
