شرح وظایف:
- مدیریت عملیات شامل نظارت بر تمامی فعالیت‌های تولیدی و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها برای افزایش بهره‌وری.
- برنامه‌ریزی تولید و تأمین منابع لازم.
- کنترل کیفیت شامل نظارت بر استانداردهای کیفیت محصولات و تضمین رعایت آن‌ها.
- مدیریت تیم و آموزش کارکنان کارخانه و ایجاد انگیزه برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی.
- • تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های عملکرد به مدیران ارشد.
- تضمین رعایت قوانین و مقررات ایمنی در محیط کار.
- مدیریت موجودی شامل کنترل موجودی مواد اولیه و محصولات نهایی.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
- حدقال پنج سال تجربه کاری در زمینه مدیریت کارخانه یا تولید.
- آشنایی با فرایند های HSE الزامات قانونی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط.
- توانایی مدیریت تیم و رهبری.
- مهارت‌های تحلیلی و حل مسئله.
- مدیریت زمان.
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت تولید و کنترل کیفیت.

شرایط همکاری:

Description of duties:
• Operations management includes monitoring all production activities and optimizing processes to increase profit. Vari

• Quality control including monitoring product quality standards and ensuring their compliance
• Team management and training of factory employees and creating motivation to achieve organizational goals
• Preparation and presentation of performance reports to senior managers
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations in the workplace
• Inventory management including control of raw materials and finished products
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of factory or production management
• Familiarity with HSE processes, legal requirements of health, safety and environment
• Ability to manage a team and Leadership
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Time management
• Familiarity with production management and quality control software
