مسئولیت‌ها:
- برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و نظارت بر تمامی فعالیت‌های آموزشی.
- طراحی و توسعه دوره‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیازهای بازار و مخاطبان حرفه‌ای.
- تعامل با مدیران دوره‌ها و اساتید برای تضمین کیفیت و هم‌راستایی محتوای آموزشی با اهداف سازمان.
- ارزیابی و بهبود مستمر کیفیت آموزش‌ها و فرآیندهای آموزشی.
- مدیریت بودجه‌های آموزشی و بهره‌وری از منابع آموزشی.
- هدایت تیم آموزشی و ایجاد یک فرهنگ سازمانی پویا و الهام‌بخش.

- تجربه در هدایت دوره‌های مدیریتی، رهبری یا MBA مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
- توانایی انجام تحقیقات بازار آموزشی و ارائه تحلیل‌های استراتژیک جهت توسعه برنامه‌ها.
شرایط:
- حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در حوزه آموزش یا مدیریت آموزشی.
- دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا بالاتر در یکی از رشته‌های مدیریت، آموزش یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- آشنایی با فضای آموزشی و رهبری در ایران و جهان.
- روحیه نوآوری و میل به ارتقاء کیفیت آموزشی.

*Responsibilities:*
- Planning, managing and monitoring all educational activities
