شرح شغل:

• بررسی و تحلیل قوانین و مقررات مرتبط با کسب‌وکار ما.
• ارائه مشاوره حقوقی به تیم مدیریت در مورد موضوعات مختلف.
• تدوین و بازنگری قراردادها و توافق‌نامه‌های قانونی.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر پرونده‌های حقوقی و قضایی.
• همکاری با مشاوران خارجی و وکلا در موضوعات پیچیده.
• مدیریت ریسک‌های قانونی و ایجاد راهکارهای جلوگیری.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری گسترده در حوزه مشاوره حقوقی برای شرکت‌ها.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل و ارزیابی قوانین.
• توانایی در مدیریت چندین پروژه به‌طور هم‌زمان.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره عالی.

We are looking for an experienced legal consultant to join our team in Tehran. This role includes providing specialized legal advice, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal cases related to our industry.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing laws and regulations related to the acquisition Our work
- providing legal advice to the management team on various issues
- drafting and revising contracts and legal agreements
- managing and monitoring legal and judicial cases
- cooperating with external consultants and lawyers in complex issues
- Managing legal risks and creating prevention solutions

Competencies:
- Having a degree in law
- Extensive work experience in the field of legal consulting for companies
