ما دنبال یک مدیر فروش با تجربه و پرانرژی برای توسعه بازار محصولات لبنی در سطح کشور هستیم. فرد مورد نظر مسئولیت افزایش سهم بازار، ایجاد روابط قوی با مشتریان و نمایندگان فروش و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش را بر عهده خواهد داشت.

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های فروش.
• توسعه شبکه فروش و ایجاد روابط قوی با مشتریان کلیدی.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید فروش.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و آموزش نمایندگان فروش.
• ارائه گزارشات فروش به مدیر فروش و مدیرعامل.
• پیاده‌سازی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کار: حداقل ده سال سابقه کار موفق در فروش محصولات لبنی.
• مهارت‌ها: تسلط به اصول فروش، مذاکره و بازاریابی، توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش، مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی، توانایی کار در محیط پویا و تحت فشار.
• ویژگی‌ها: روحیه رقابت‌پذیری بالا، خلاقیت، توانایی کار گروهی، مسئولیت‌پذیری.
