شرکت دهکده سرسبز راوک به منظور تکمیل کادر نیروی انسانی خود در تهران به دو نیروی کارآمد نیازمند است.

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل بازار، ارزیابی رقبا، شناخت ترند‌ها و تغییرات بازار برای تعیین فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها.
• تجزیه و تحلیل بازخورد مشتریان در مورد محصولات و خدمات و همچنین تهیه گزارش‌های مربوطه.
• ثبت و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات مشتریان.
• ارائه گزارش و مرور موارد مهم روزانه با مدیر فروش.
• انجام تحقیقات بازار برای درک نیازهای مشتریان و بازارهای هدف.
• حضور و مشارکت در برگزاری و یا بازدید از رویدادها و نمایشگاه‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط مستمر و سازنده با مشتریان، معرفی محصولات و خدمات جدید شرکت در زمان‌های مقتضی.
• تلاش و اهتمام برای ایجاد حس احترام و اعتماد نزد مشتریان.
• ردیابی تمام نقاط تعامل مشتری و ترسیم نقشه سفر مشتری.
• تشخیص نیازهای مشتریان در حوزه‌های مرتبط با فعالیت شرکت و ارائه راهکار مقتضی.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی بازخوردهای مشتریان در لحظه و ارائه مناسب‌ترین راه‌حل ممکن برای ابهام‌های مشتریان.

Rawak village company is in need of two sales experts in order to complete its human resources in Tehran.
Eligibility conditions
Market analysis, evaluation of competitors, recognition of market trends and changes to determine opportunities and threats.
Analyzing customer feedback about products and services, as well as preparing relevant reports.
Registering and updating customer information.
Reporting and reviewing important daily items with the sales manager.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and target markets.
Attending and participating in holding or visiting events and exhibitions.
Communicating continuously and constructively with customers, introducing new products and services of the company at appropriate times.
Efforts and dedication to create a sense of respect and trust among customers.
Tracking all customer interaction points and mapping the customer journey.
Diagnosing the needs of customers in the fields related to the company's activities and providing appropriate solutions.
Identifying and evaluating customer feedback in real time and providing the most suitable possible solution for customer's doubts.
