Mehr Ain Wanda Company is looking for a sales manager with expertise and motivation to lead sales activities in the production and process industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing the team to achieve the company's business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Setting short and long term goals and detailed metrics for the sales team
- Managing sales processes including pricing, negotiating and closing contracts, and controlling contract terms
- Planning and implementing customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Accurately forecasting sales growth, demand and performance Sales
- Market analysis and competitor recognition
- Targeting and achieving sales goals
- Annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Fields related to management
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
- Mastery in sales negotiation and dealing with distributors
