مدیر بازرگانی | Commercial Manager

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا پنجشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت کافی در سامانه جامع ثبت سفارش (NTSW) و لجستیک.
• تجربه مدیریت در واحد بازرگانی شرکت‌های بازرگانی (کشاورزی).
• توانمندی در مذاکرات حضوری و مجازی در چارچوب قوانین تجاری بین‌المللی و داخلی.
• توانمندی در امور ارزی بانک‌ها، اعتبارات اسنادی، رویه‌های ثبت و سفارش و فاینانس.
• توانمندی در امور اجرایی گمرکی و بازرسی کالا، حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و داخلی، پروسه ترخیص و EPL.
• توانایی ثبت سفارشات پیگیری امور مربوط به سامانه جامع تجارت (NTSW).
• آشنایی کامل با رویه اخذ ثبت سفارش (افتتاح، ویرایش، خرید ارز، کد ساتا، گزارشات مربوط با ثبت سفارش).
• مسلط به تنظیم و تایید قراردادها برای سفارشات داخلی و خارجی.
• مسلط به بازارهای حوزه خلیج، ترکیه، هند و چین.
• مسلط به کلیه سامانه‌های بازرگانی (سامانه جامع تجارت، سامانه جامع گمرکی و سامانه بازارگاه و غیره).
• آشنایی با قوانین تجارت بین‌الملل و اینکوترمز.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکالمه، خواندن و نوشتن) در سطح عالی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط. 

Sufficient mastery and skill in order registration system (NTSW) and logistics
Management experience in the commercial unit of commercial companies (agriculture)
Ability in face-to-face and virtual negotiations within the framework of international and domestic business laws
Ability in Foreign exchange affairs of banks, letters of credit, registration and order procedures and finance
ability in customs enforcement and goods inspection, international and domestic transportation, clearance process and EPL Trade (NTSW)
Complete familiarity with the order registration procedure (opening, editing, purchasing currency, SATA code, reports related to order registration)
Proficient in setting and approving contracts for domestic and foreign orders
Proficient in markets Gulf region, Turkey, India and China
Proficient in all commercial systems (comprehensive trade system, comprehensive customs system and market system, etc.)
Familiar with international trade laws and Incoterms
Proficient in English conversation, reading and writing) at an excellent level

at least 5 years related work experience
working hours
Saturday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
