مدیر شعب (کافه) | Branch Manager

مدیر عملیات شعب یکی از مدیران مستقر در دفتر مرکزی است که متمرکز بر امور کسب‌وکار کافه ـ بیکری و به صورت خاص مدیریت و نظارت بر فعالیت شعب کافه و بیکری است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر عملیات شعب و اطمینان از اجرای صحیح فرایندها.
• استخدام، آموزش و نظارت بر عملکرد کارکنان و مدیریت ارتباطات تیمی.
• ایجاد دستورالعمل‌های فنی با استانداردهای برند با هدف بهبود و بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای عملیاتی.
• نظارت بر اجرای دستورالعمل‌های فنی تدوین شده.
• همکاری در راه‌اندازی شعب جدید.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به راه‌اندازی کافه و مدیریت آن.
• تجربه آموزش پرسنل کافه.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه در برندهای معتبر کافه‌های زنجیره‌ای مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

The branch operation manager is one of the managers based in the central office, who is focused on the "cafe-bakery" business and specifically manages and supervises the activities of the cafe and bakery branches.

Responsibilities:< br>Managing and monitoring branch operations and ensuring the correct implementation of processes
Recruiting, training and monitoring the performance of employees and managing team communication
Creating technical instructions with brand standards with the aim of improving and optimizing operational processes
Supervising the implementation of the developed technical instructions
Cooperation in setting up new branches

Required skills:
Experience and complete mastery of setting up a cafe and its management
Experience in training cafe staff
At least 3 years of experience in reputable chain cafe brands is considered an advantage.
