شرح شغل:

• تهیه و خواندن نقشه‌های مکانیکی دقیق، نمودارهای فنی و دیاگرام‌ها.
• طراحی و تحلیل سیستم‌های مکانیکی شامل تجهیزات مانند پمپ‌ها، کمپرسورها، مبدل‌های حرارتی و مخازن تحت فشار.
• انتخاب مواد، تحلیل تنش و طراحی برای تولید.
• تضمین رعایت استانداردهای صنعتی مانند API ،ASME ،ASTM و ISO.
• انجام تحلیل تنش و شبیه‌سازی اجزای مکانیکی و سیستم‌ها.
• عیب‌یابی و حل مسائل طراحی و فرآیندی.طراحی پلنت و لوله‌کشی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای AVEVA PDMS/E3D یا Intergraph SmartPlant 3D.
• استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Bentley AutoPLANT یا AutoCAD Plant 3D برای طراحی لوله‌کشی و ابزار دقیق.
• رعایت مقررات ایمنی و کنترل کیفیت مختص صنعت نفت و گاز.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• تجربه حرفه‌ای قابل توجه در طراحی مکانیکی و پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
• دانش عمیق در زمینه استانداردهای صنعتی و مقررات ایمنی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی مهندسی و طراحی مکانیکی.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی برای حل مسائل پیچیده.
• حداقل هفت سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 

Systemhaye Mohandesi Baroos Oxin, based in Tehran, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer within the Oil and Gas Production, Oil Refining and Petrochemicals industry. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in mechanical design and engineering, with a focus on equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. This role requires excellent analytical skills and familiarity with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret detailed mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Familiarize with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), general arrangement (GA) drawings, and isometric drawings.
- Design mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
- Select appropriate materials and conduct stress analysis for manufacturing designs.
- Adhere to industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control specific to the oil and gas industry.
- Perform stress analysis and simulations of mechanical components and systems.
- Use analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve design and process issues.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of detailed mechanical drawings and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with P&ID, GA drawings, and isometric drawings.
- Extensive knowledge in the design of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Experience in material selection, stress analysis, and design for manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality control in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to perform stress analysis and mechanical simulations.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting design and process issues.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
- Experience with SolidWorks Simulation for integrated analysis and design.
- Knowledge of AVEVA PDMS/E3D or Intergraph SmartPlant 3D for plant and piping design.
- Experience with Bentley AutoPLANT or AutoCAD Plant 3D for piping and instrumentation design.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
