We are looking for an experienced and motivated colleague in the position of Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. If you are interested in online advertising and have skills in managing digital campaigns, we are eager to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
Design, launch and execute a variety of search, display, video, app and shopping campaigns in Google Ads.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPA and ROI.
Set optimal budgets and bids to achieve campaign goals.
Develop creative strategies for targeting audiences and reaching new markets.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Use data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, to review campaign performance.
Implement and monitor tags closely to analyze user behavior.
Extract data on advertising performance and prepare detailed analytical reports.
Reporting and Optimization:
Prepare regular and comprehensive reports for the management team and other departments.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable suggestions for optimizing campaigns.
Test and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages, advertising texts, and user experience.
Performance Marketing:
Analyze and use attribution models to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure advertising is aligned with marketing goals.

Qualification requirements:
Experience and knowledge:
At least two years of experience in the field of Google Ads and Performance Marketing.
Experience working with advertising and analytical tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Complete mastery of SEM and SEO concepts.
Technical skills:
Skill in collecting and analyzing data and providing accurate and understandable reports.
Ability to optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Communication skills:
Complete command of English in correspondence and communication.
Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with colleagues in different units.
Personal characteristics:
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Interested in learning and staying up to date with new trends in the field of digital marketing.
