Developing aB2B website

Hello. I am looking for a full-stack developer and software engineer with a background in AI and machine learning to build the MVP for a B2B platform focused on fostering collaboration between industry and academia. The platform, intended for a Canada-based startup, will be in English, so I require a developer with advanced English proficiency (.i.e. minimum IELTS 7 or equivalent) and proven experience developing products for international clients, especially those outside of Iran.
