- برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی حمل مطابق با نیاز مشتریان و سفارش های دریافتی (شناخت مسیریابی و ترافیک و منطقه بندی تهران).
- برقراری ارتباط و مدیریت رانندگان.
- برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل زمان تحویل سفارشات و صدور اقدامات مقتضی جهت اطمینان از تحویل به موقع (On time Delivery).

- شناسایی موانع و مشکلات موجود در حین اجرای سیاست و روش‌های اجرایی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت رفع موانع.
- برنامه‌ریزی تعداد نیروی انسانی موزعین مورد نیاز متناسب با ظرفیت خدمات و سطح سرویس.
- بررسی و تحلیل ظرفیت خدمات و سطح سرویس جهت برنامه‌ریزی تعداد منابع انسانی مورد نیاز موزع.
- بازبینی، طراحی، بازطراحی و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای کاری با همکاری واحدهای مربوطه جهت بهبود در فرایند توزیع و تحویل سفارشات به مشتریان.
- ارزیابی عملکرد تیم توزیع و موزعین و تهیه ی گزارش جهت ارائه به مدیریت.
- نظارت بر شاخص‌های عملکردی توزیع و تهیه و ارائه پروپوزال‌ها در حوزه بهبود شاخص‌ها.
- هماهنگی با تیم‌های شرکت جهت رسیدگی به موارد مرجوعی و یا تحویل کالا به مشتری.
- هماهنگی با واحد مالی جهت پیگیری امور مربوط به امور مالی موزعین.

Evaluate the performance of the distribution team and distributors and prepare Report to be presented to the management
Monitoring the performance indicators of distribution and preparing and presenting proposals in the field of improving the indicators
Coordinating with the company teams to deal with returns or delivering goods to the customer
Coordinating with Financial unit to follow up on the financial affairs of distributors
