کارشناس سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها | Systems and Methods Expert

شرح شغل:

• کنترل پروژه و برنامه‌ریزی پیگیری روند پیشرفت پروژه ها و تهیه گزارشات ادواری.
• تهیه و به روزرسانی ساختار شکست کار ( WBS ) و برنامه زمانبندی.
• تعریف گردش کار، مدلسازی فرآیندها ، ساخت گزارشات فرایندی، آسیب شناسی و مهندسی مجدد فرآیندها.
• بررسی، تدوین و به روز رسانی مستندات شرکت‌ها اعم از فرایندها، دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی.
• پشتیبان سیستم ERP(راهکاران) و رفع مشکلات کاربران در ارتباط با فرآیندها و عملیات سیستم.
• انجام ممیزی های داخلی و تهیه گزارش تحلیلی.
• اجرا، کنترل، پایش، به‌روزرسانی و نگهداری گواهینامه‌های ISO، مدیریت کیفیت و تعالی سازمانی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با اصول ایزوها و مدیریت کیفیت.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای BPMS و ERP راهکاران سیستم.
• آشنایی با اکسل پیشرفته (فرمول‌نویسی و تهیه گزارشات داشبوردی).
• آشنایی با تحلیل سیستم و فرآیندها.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• متعهد و پاسخگو.
• تجربه و سابقه کاری در شرکت‌های دارویی مزیت است.
• روحیه همکاری تیمی.

Getting to know the principles of ISO and quality management
Familiar with BPMS software and ERP system solutions
Advanced Excel (writing formulas and preparing dashboard reports)
Familiarity with system and process analysis
Mastery of MSP and project management software
Work experience: at least three years in related fields
Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering
Committed and responsible
Having experience and work experience in pharmaceutical companies is an advantage
Has the spirit of teamwork

Specific conditions:


Project control and planning, tracking the progress of projects and preparing periodic reports
Preparing and updating work breakdown structure (WBS) and schedule
Workflow definition, process modeling, creating process reports, pathology and process reengineering
Reviewing, compiling and updating company documents, including processes, instructions and implementation methods
ERP system support (managers) and solving user problems related to system processes and operations
Conducting internal audits and preparing analytical reports
Implementation, control, monitoring, updating and maintenance of ISO certificates, quality management and organizational excellence
