شرح شغل:

• همکاری در تدوین و به‌روزرسانی اسناد واحد منابع انسانی (تدوین شناسنامه شغلی، تجزیه تحلیل مشاغل و شرح شغل نویسی ،چارت و ساختار سازمانی و آیین‌نامه‌ها).
• پایش برند کارفرمایی در لینکدین و سایر شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• مشارکت در فرآیند آنبوردینگ، آفبوردینگ و آشنا به مصاحبه شایستگی محور.
• مشارکت در تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های C&B ،IDP ،L&D و طراحی مسیر شغلی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزار حضور و غیاب PW KARA و انجام کامل محاسبه کارکرد ماهیانه کارکنان.
• مسلط به مباحث ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان، KPI و OKR.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم منابع انسانی، قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• انعطاف‌پذیر و توانمند در مواجهه با چالش‌های جدید.
• دقیق، منظم، پویا، مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر تا زمان حصول نتیجه.
• توانایی سازگاری با محیط در حال تغییر و رسیدگی به اولویت‌های متعدد.
• توانایی اولویت‌بندی انجام امور و تصمیم‌گیری درست و به‌موقع.
• برخورداری از تفکر منطقی و تحلیلی همراه با توانایی حل مسئله خلاقانه.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و توجه به جزئیات.

- Cooperation in compiling and updating the documents of the human resources unit (compilation of job ID, job analysis and job description, organizational chart and structure and regulations).
- Proficient in PW attendance software KARA and fully calculate the monthly performance of employees.
- Proficient in the topics of employee performance evaluation, KPI and OKR
- Monitoring the employer brand on LinkedIn and other social networks
- Participating in the process of onboarding, offboarding and familiar with Competency-oriented interview
- Participation in the formulation and implementation of C&B, IDP, L&D programs and career path design
