مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی کلان در تمامی حوزه‌های فعالیت.
• مدیریت بهینه پرتفوی سرمایه‌گذاری و تخصیص منابع بین صنایع مختلف.
• رهبری تحول دیجیتال در کسب‌وکار‌های سنتی و توسعه نوآوری.
• ایجاد همکاری‌های استراتژیک با بازیگران اصلی صنعت.
• هدایت تیم‌های اجرایی و نظارت بر عملکرد شرکت‌های تابعه.

شرایط و الزامات:

• حداقل 10 سال سابقه در سطوح ارشد مدیریتی در مجموعه‌های مشابه.
• تجربه اثبات شده در حداقل یکی از صنایع اصلی هلدینگ.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسئله.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience at senior management levels in similar groups.
• Proven experience in at least one of the holding’s core industries.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
