Senior Creative Designer (UI/UX & Digital Marketing – Mobile & Web Games)

Job Overview
We need a seasoned design professional (5+ years preferred) who takes initiative, uncovers creative gaps across our games and marketing funnels, desing and delivers both beautiful and functional UI designs and high-performing ad creatives. This role combines technical excellence with creative ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Game UI/UX Leadership (Native Platforms)
- Identify design gaps and proactively create full UI systems for native mobile (iOS/Android) and web games
- Recognize UI needs, designing and guiding the creation of intuitive, responsive interfaces
- Prototype game-specific UI flows, micro-interactions, and animations
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and style guides
- Conduct UX audits and implement improvements based on user data
2. Performance Marketing Art Direction
- Recognize content needs across marketing channels and deliver compelling ad assets
- Create high-conversion creatives for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram)
- Lead A/B tests and optimize visual performance based on campaign metrics
- Analyze competitor campaigns and respond with creative strategies
- Own brand visuals across all marketing touchpoints
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years in game UI/UX (5+ preferred)
- Shipped multiple mobile or web titles with demonstrable success
- A strong portfolio showing complete UI flows and performance-oriented marketing assets
Expertise With Tools:
- UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma (advanced libraries, auto-layouts), Adobe XD
- Visual Design: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Motion & Interaction Design: After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie
Technical Knowledge:
- UI implementation for native mobile games
- Asset optimization (e.g., texture atlases, scaling)
- Platform-specific guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design)
Design Principles:
- Mobile-first UX and interaction theory
- Game-specific UI patterns (HUDs, reward flows, tutorials)
- Data-informed iteration (heatmaps, funnel drop-offs, etc.)
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Proven creative problem-solver who sees the big picture and fine detail
Bonus Skills
- ASO knowledge (App Store/Play visuals)
- HTML/CSS familiarity for web games
