مدیر آموزش | Education Manager

شرح شغل:

• کنترل و نظارت بر کارشناسان آموزش.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر برگزاری صحیح و به موقع دوره‌های آموزشی.
• جذب و شناخت اساتید در حوزه‌های تخصصی مختلف.
• ارزیابی دوره‌های آموزشی و انجام تغییرات لازم در صورت نیاز.
• اجرای ایده‌ها و دوره‌های جدید آموزشی.
• اجرای سمینارها، ورک‌شاپ و غیره.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه آموزش‌های کوتاه‌مدت (ترجیحاً مجتمع فنی تهران).
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی برای برقراری ارتباط مناسب با مدیران ارشد، کارکنان و اساتید بخش‌های مختلف (منابع انسانی).
• مهارت برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی برای تعیین و اجرای درست دوره‌های آموزشی متناسب با اهداف مجموعه.
• مهارت مدیریت زمان برای تهیه برنامه زمان‌بندی مناسب دوره‌های آموزشی.
• سابقه کار با نرم‌افزارهای CRM و اداری، آموزشی.
• شناخت اساتید حوزه آموزش‌های کوتاه‌مدت (بانک اساتید مرتبط).
• تسلط کامل برای تدوین تقویم آموزشی.
• آشنایی با حوزه مارکتینگ و تبلیغات.

Relevant work experience in the field of short-term training (preferably Tehran Technical Complex)
Planning and monitoring the correct and timely holding of training courses
Attracting and recognizing professors in various specialized fields
Evaluating training courses and making the necessary changes if needed
Excellent communication skills to communicate properly with senior managers, employees and professors of different departments (human resources)
Planning and organizing skills to determine and properly implement appropriate training courses with the objectives of the collection
time management skills to prepare a suitable schedule for training courses
work experience with CRM and administrative software, training
control and supervision of training experts

Getting to know the professors in the field of short-term education (bank of related professors)
Complete mastery in compiling the educational calendar
