شـرح شغل و وظایف:

ما به دنبال چند نفر تولید کننده محتوای بصری (ویژوال، ویدئویی، متنی و تصویری) خلاق و با انگیزه هستیم تا به تیم ما بپیوندند. این موقعیت شغلی نقش کلیدی در نمایان‌سازی آنلاین برند ما در شبکه‌های اجتماعی به‌ویژه در اینستاگرام، یوتیوب و آپارات دارد. افراد ایده‌آل مورد نظر ما، در تولید محتوای جذاب در قالب‌های مختلف بصری مانند: گرافیک، ویدئو و موشن باید ماهر باشد و به جزئیات و ترندهای روز دنیا نگاه دقیقی داشته باشند. این افراد مسئول نمایش ارزش‌های برند و ویژگی‌های محصول ما از طریق تولید محتوای چندرسانه‌ای جذاب خواهند بود.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• مراجعه حضوری به محل مشتریان طرف قرارداد؛ جهت ضبط ویدئو و تولید محتوای مورد نظر.
• تولید و انتشار محتوای با کیفیت و چشم‌نواز در فرمت‌های ویدئویی، گرافیکی و موشن با تمرکز اولیه اینستاگرام و یوتیوب و سایر پلتفرم‌های رسانه‌های اجتماعی.
• ثبت عکس‌ها و ویدیوهای در محل با امکانات تصویری برداری و تلفن همراه ارائه‌شده توسط شرکت و به نمایش گذاشتن فرآیند تولید، ویژگی‌های محصول و تجربیات مشتریان.
• همکاری نزدیک با مدیر محتوا و مدیر بازاریابی؛ برای تولید محتواهای بصری، طبق تقویم محتوایی که با ارزش های برند و استراتژی بازاریابی همسو باشد.
• مدیریت پیج ها و تعامل با مخاطبان برای تقویت وفاداری جامعه هدف و برند سازمان.
• شرکت در جلسات طوفان فکری و مشارکت با ایده‌های خلاقانه برای کمپین‌ها و پروژه‌ها.
• بروز بودن نسبت به تکنولوژی‌ها و ترندهای جدید شبکه‌های اجتماعی و جذب و نگهداشت مخاطب.

• آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی و نحوه به‌کارگیری آن‌ها در محتوای رسانه‌های اجتماعی.

• حداقل دو تا سه سال تجربه در تولید محتوای شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• آشنایی با پلتفرم‌های مختلف و ساختار محتوای تصویری متناسب با پلتفرم‌ها
• مسلط به ابزارها و اپلیکیشن‌های مورد نیاز برای تولید و ادیت محتوای موبایلی یا پی‌سی مانند: Premiere ،Photoshop ،CapCut و غیره (لازم به ذکر است که محدودیتی در استفاده از یک نرم‌افزار خاص نیست و مهارت تولید محتوای گرافیکی و ادیت با نرم‌افزاری که فرد با آن توانایی دارد مورد اهمیت است).

Job description and duties:

We are looking for a few creative and motivated visual content producers (visual, video, text and images) to join our team. This position plays a key role in the online visibility of our brand in social networks, especially on Instagram, YouTube and Aparat. Our ideal people should be skilled in producing attractive content in various visual formats such as: graphics, video and motion and have a close look at the details and trends of the world. These individuals will be responsible for showcasing our brand values and product features through the creation of engaging multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

visit in person to the location of the customers of the contracting party; To record video and produce desired content.
Producing and publishing quality and eye-catching content in video, graphic and motion formats with a primary focus on Instagram and YouTube and other social media platforms.
Capture on-site photos and videos with company-provided camera and mobile phone capabilities to showcase the manufacturing process, product features, and customer experiences.
Working closely with the Content Manager and Marketing Manager; To produce visual content, according to a content calendar that aligns with brand values and marketing strategy.
Managing pages and interacting with audiences to strengthen the loyalty of the target community and the organization's brand.
Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Being up-to-date with new technologies and trends of social networks and attracting and maintaining the audience.
