شرح شغل:

• اجرای فرایند صدور و به‌روزرسانی احکام پرسنلی.
• تشکیل پرونده و کنترل دیتابیس اطلاعات همکاران و به‌روزرسانی مستمر آن.
• ارائه گزارشات درخواستی به مدیریت.
• مدیریت و تهیه قراردادهای کارکنان و پیگیری تمدید آن‌ها در زمان مقرر.
• انجام امور نام‌نویسی و پیگیری امور بیمه تکمیلی.
• انجام کلیه امور مربوط به رفاهیات.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به حوزه جبران خدمات، اعم از حق ماموریت، شب‌کاری، نوبت‌کاری، پایه سنوات، معوقات، پاداش، تسویه حساب‌ها و عیدی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران و PW Kara.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه، کار و امور اجتماعی.
• آشنایی با نحوه تهیه و به‌روزرسانی شرح شغل‌ها.
• آشنایی با رویه طرح طبقه‌بندی مشاغل (Job Analysis Evaluation).
• داشتن سابقه استقرار مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Mastery of the software and PW Kara
Familiarity with tax laws, insurance, labor and social affairs
Familiarity with how to prepare and update job descriptions
Familiarity with the job classification plan procedure (Job Analysis evaluation) )
