کارشناس ارزیابی مناقصات | Tender Evaluation Expert

شرح شغل:

• بررسی دقیق اسناد مناقصه و تحلیل جزئیات پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مهندسی برای تهیه و ارائه پیشنهادات مناسب.
• شرکت در جلسات مذاکره و مناقصه و توضیح شرایط مناقصات.
• پیگیری تغییرات و به‌روزرسانی‌های مرتبط با مناقصات.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به جمع‌آوری اسناد مناقصه و ارزیابی کیفی.
• مسلط به تهیه و تنظیم آنالیز بها و پیشنهاد قیمت و کلیه امور مربوط با بستن پاکات و شرکت در مناقصه.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی عمران یا معماری.
• تجربه کار در حوزه ارزیابی مناقصات یا پروژه‌های ساختمانی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مهندسی و مدیریت پروژه AutoCAD ،MSP ،Word ،Excel ،Tadkar.

Specialized skills: - detailed review of tender documents and detailed analysis of projects - mastery of collecting tender documents and quality assessment Envelopes and participation in tenders
- Cooperate with engineering teams to prepare and present appropriate proposals
- Participate in negotiation and tender meetings and explain tender conditions
- Follow up on changes and updates related to tenders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Work experience in the field of evaluation of tenders or construction projects
- Proficiency in software related to engineering and project management
