Strategy and Sales Management:
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy to increase market share. Retail (B2C).
Development and Management of Sales Team and Formulation of Suitable Structures to Optimize Sales Performance.
Determine annual and monthly sales goals and present regular reports.
Market Development and Distribution Channels:
Market research and segmentation and identifying the best distribution channels (physical and digital). Supplements (eg coffee and drink brands).
Design and implementation of advertising programs in stores and distribution centers.
Management of Sales and Marketing Team:
Recruitment, Training and Guidance of Sales Team (sales representatives and field experts). Digital and Promotion.
Analysis and Reporting:
