شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید و تضمین کیفیت محصولات.
• مدیریت و توسعه تیم‌های تولید و فنی.
• توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های بهبود مستمر تولید.
• مدیریت منابع و مواد اولیه جهت بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها.
• حفظ محیط کاری ایمن و سالم برای کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های بزرگ.
• تجربه در زمینه مدیریت کارخانه و تولید.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین فردی قوی.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسائل پیچیده.
• مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision on production processes and product quality assurance
- management and development of production and technical teams
- development and implementation of continuous production improvement programs

- Managing resources and raw materials to optimize costs
